Our History

In 1946, Will Miloski bought a 30 acre plot on route 25 in Calverton to raise poultry. We are now in our 3rd generation. Will, his son Mark, and his grandson Mark worked together until Will passed away in 2013. We pride ourselves in being able to provide fresh poultry and other meats to the people of Long Island and the surrounding areas. Not much has changed in 70+ years as we still raise the animals the same way and have the same store that was built in 1946.
